-We are so sorry to hear this! However we have a 14 day return policy so don't fret!
-For a refund or exchange, please package your order, in new condition (please do not remove sticky pad as this will result in us not being able to issue a refund or exchange) and return to the address stated on our contact page. Please enclose the following information:

Once we have received and checked the contents of your package, we will Issue a refund which can take 3-5 working days to be show back in your account, you will however receive a notification via email when your refund is issued or your new item sent out to you.
WHAT IF I DAMAGE MY ITEM?
We know you always want our favourite healing crystals with you, thats why we are always happy to help repair or replace your broken items outside of the 14 days policy.

Please note, any crystals damaged from dropping or negligence of care will not be replaced free of charge but we may be able to offer a discount or another option, so don't fret, get in touch with us!
